CEO – AI-First Digital Marketing Agency

Location: South Africa (Remote)

HQ: Miami, Florida

Reports to: Founder / Board

The Role

We’re an AI-forward digital marketing agency scaling fast out of Miami. We’re looking for a true operator-CEO—someone who knows how to run a company, lead a team, and build systems that actually work.

This is not a figurehead role. You will own execution, drive clarity, and turn strategy into results. You’ll lead the business day-to-day while partnering closely with the founder on vision and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Run the company end-to-end: operations, delivery, people, and performance
• Lead and manage a distributed team with high standards and clear accountability
• Build repeatable systems across sales, marketing delivery, finance, and ops
• Translate strategy into execution—and make sure things actually ship
• Act as the internal CEO: setting priorities, making decisions, removing blockers
• Partner with the founder on growth, positioning, and major initiatives
• Represent the company with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders when needed

Who You Are

• You’ve run a company or business unit before (agency, SaaS, services, or similar)
• You’re operationally strong—you build processes, not chaos
• You’re comfortable leading teams and making hard calls
• You learn fast and adapt quickly (new markets, new tools, AI-driven workflows)

• You’re calm under pressure, decisive, and execution-obsessed
