Salary: R60 000 - R80 000 CTC (depending on level of experience)

What the job involves
  • Leading and executing the brand strategy for a dynamic sports betting brand across African and European markets
  • Acting as the brand custodian ensuring consistency relevance and growth
  • Collaborating with creative content and digital teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Working closely with sponsorship PR and media partners to maximise brand impact
  • Managing budgets reporting on performance and driving commercial outcomes
  • Overseeing campaign rollouts across multiple channels including digital social and on-the-ground activations
  • Ensuring all brand messaging resonates with diverse audiences in Africa and Europe
  • Representing the brand at industry events launches and activations
What you need to be considered
  • 5 years experience in brand management ideally within sports betting beverages telco retail (e.g. Breweries Telco Checkers etc.) or a related fast-paced consumer sector
  • Proven experience working on large high-profile brands
  • Strong understanding of the sports and betting landscape in Africa and / or Europe
  • Demonstrable ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results
  • Excellent strategic thinking communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with brand activations and integrated campaigns
  • A genuine passion for sports is absolutely essential!
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy all-in-office environment
