What the job involves
- Leading and executing the brand strategy for a dynamic sports betting brand across African and European markets
- Acting as the brand custodian ensuring consistency relevance and growth
- Collaborating with creative content and digital teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Working closely with sponsorship PR and media partners to maximise brand impact
- Managing budgets reporting on performance and driving commercial outcomes
- Overseeing campaign rollouts across multiple channels including digital social and on-the-ground activations
- Ensuring all brand messaging resonates with diverse audiences in Africa and Europe
- Representing the brand at industry events launches and activations
What you need to be considered
- 5 years experience in brand management ideally within sports betting beverages telco retail (e.g. Breweries Telco Checkers etc.) or a related fast-paced consumer sector
- Proven experience working on large high-profile brands
- Strong understanding of the sports and betting landscape in Africa and / or Europe
- Demonstrable ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results
- Excellent strategic thinking communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with brand activations and integrated campaigns
- A genuine passion for sports is absolutely essential!
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy all-in-office environment
