As the Branch Manager, you'll be at the helm of our store, leading a team of dedicated professionals to success.

Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from overseeing daily operations to ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of 15+ staff towards maximum performance.
  • Drive branch turnover through strategic planning and execution.
  • Manage daily operations, including sales, inventory control, and staff management.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast trends and make informed decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and maintain the store's reputation for excellence.
  • Implement in-store promotional events and displays to drive sales.
  • Manage periodic stock counts and minimize losses and damages.
  • Oversee financial administration and budget management.
Desired Experience & Qualification

National Diploma / Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

5 to 6 years of experience in a retail management or managerial role.

Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite and Retail Management Systems.

Strong leadership skills and a collaborative team player, with a track record of success.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
