Responsibilities
- To plan, coordinate and manage day-to-day production activities effectively to deliver daily targets
- To ensure that Food Safety and Quality Standards are adhered to at all times and remedial action is taken when required (cGMP, BRC, HACCP, ISO 22000, TGA, etc.)
- Facilitate continuous improvement and the optimization of processes through resource and facility planning and utilization.
- To ensure compliance with all Safety, Health and hygiene legislative requirements and company policies and procedures
- To monitor costs to ensure operation within budget and to maximise investment and utilization of resources.
