Job Purpose

To provide data-driven insights that support commercial decision-making, improve business performance, and drive strategic growth. The Commercial Data Analyst will analyse sales, customer, pricing, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyse commercial data from various sources (CRM, ERP, financial systems, etc.).
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, churn, and profitability.
  • Support pricing strategy through elasticity analysis and competitive benchmarking.
  • Conduct market and customer segmentation analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Forecast sales and revenue trends using statistical models and predictive analytics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data reporting.
  • Present findings to senior leadership with clear visualizations and strategic recommendations.
  • Support sales processes and the commercial function
