Deliver day-to-day knowledge work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Description
  • Sales and Target – Actively work the leads from Siebel and be efficient, ensuring a strike rate of 70% and responsible for achieving a minimum of six sales per day. The number can increase as and when business requires.
  • Customer Experience – Provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Quality of work produced – Maintain and treat client information in a confidential manner.
  • FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements (Advice and Intermediary Service) – FSCA‑Approved Qualification, Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5); experience as per the FAIS Act; product‑specific training once onboarded; class of business training; continuous professional development; attest to honesty, integrity, and good standing.
Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
