OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Country Manager for a Japanese venture advertising agency during its establishment phase in Singapore.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Planning, production, and management of vertical short videos on SNS platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
-Target setting and persona creation
-Content strategy formulation
-Production direction, script creation, shooting, and editing
-Operation, analysis, and post management: Managing and executing the posting schedule for short videos
-Regular progress reporting, strategy sharing, and issue hearing
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Work experience in advertising agencies or e-commerce manufacturers
-Basic PC skills: Excel (data aggregation and analysis), PowerPoint (document creation)
-Experience in SNS advertising operations: Practical experience in advertising operations on one or more -platforms such as TikTok, Instagram (Reels), and YouTube (Shorts)
-Trend-catching ability: Ability to constantly grasp the latest trends, algorithm changes, and user behavior patterns on SNS and incorporate them into strategies
-Communication skills: Ability to smoothly collaborate with various stakeholders (clients, production teams, development teams, etc.) and drive projects forward
-Business-level Japanese proficiency (required for interactions with clients and headquarters)
BENEFITS
-Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
-Salary: S$6,000–8,000 (determined based on experience) If capable of management tasks (HR management, accounting, legal office correspondence, audit correspondence, etc.), consideration up to S$10,000
-WFH (Work From Home): Available
