This role involves assisting potential customers through live chat, answering inquiries, and guiding them toward making informed purchase decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with customers via live chat, answering their questions, and providing product recommendations

Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products to prospective customers

Assisting customers with the purchase process, including providing product information and pricing

Maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth experience

Qualifications:
