A leading jewellery retailer in Singapore is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily retail activities including staff management, budgeting, and stock control. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on optimizing sales performance and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have hands-on experience in managing large retail stores and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in schedule is essential, as evening, weekend, and holiday availability is needed.
Qualificações
- Hands-on experience in managing large format store or a chain of retail stores.
- Experience relevant to retail operations management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Responsabilidades
- Recruit, train, supervise and appraise staff.
- Manage budgets and maintain financial records.
- Optimize sales performances and store’s profitability.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Oversee pricing and stock control.
