Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Singapore is looking for a skilled marketing professional to develop and implement event strategies. Responsibilities include managing events, overseeing marketing activities, and ensuring stakeholder engagement. This full-time position offers flexible hours but may require evening and weekend work during events.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and event strategies to drive awareness, footfall, and engagement
  • Plan, manage, and deliver events, activations, workshops, and campaigns from concept to execution
  • Oversee marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and event schedules
  • Work closely with internal teams, tenants, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage social media, digital marketing, and on-ground promotional activities
  • Coordinate media, influencers, and community partners for campaigns and events
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and post‑event reporting
  • Track performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, and campaign outcomes
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and event touchpoints
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, events, brand, or experiential roles
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working on the ground during events
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and multiple stakeholders
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
  • Experience in lifestyle, retail, F&B, culture, or youth‑focused brands is an advantage
