Job description

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.

Lead and supervise warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory control.

Implement and monitor warehouse KPIs, SOPs, and productivity targets.

Optimize space utilization, warehouse layout, and inventory flow to improve operational efficiency.

Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, transportation scheduling, and stock movement.

Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and investigate variances.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and security standards (e.g., fire safety, equipment usage, PPE).

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to resolve supply chain issues promptly.

Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements using technology or automation.

Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management on warehouse performance and stock status.

Requirements

Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
