Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm is seeking a Service Crew member for their café operations in Orchard. You will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role involves beverage preparation and light kitchen duties. Ideal candidates should have food service experience and excellent communication skills. Working 5 days a week, you will enjoy a salary of $2400 to $2500.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth daily operations in café.
• Supervise in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Assist in overseeing the outlet operations, ensuring operations are running smoothly & efficiently.
• Preparation of high-quality beverages according to menu.
• Light kitchen duties and preparation work.
• Provide good customer service.
• Basic housekeeping.

• Working Hours: 44hrs per week including weekend and PH
• Salary: $2400- $2500
