Job summary

Job Details
  • Location: Ubi
  • Salary: Up to $2300 (capped) + 1 month completion bonus
  • Duration: Immediate – 12 months (renewable)
  • Working hours: 5.5 days per week (1 day WFH during weekday, weekend usually WFH) 8.30am - 6.00pm (Monday – Friday)
  • Weekends schedule (if rostered):
    • Sat/Sun Morning: 8:30am - 1:30pm (usually WFH)
    • Sat Afternoon: 12pm - 6pm (usually WFH)
Job Scope
  • Customer Support and Issue Resolution
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or phone call.
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Resolve product or service issues by troubleshooting and offering effective resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Requirements
  • N level and above
  • Prior experience with Live Chat and ticketing portals or email support
  • Able to commit 5.5 days per week
