Job Description:
Issuance of spare parts and consumables
Plan, route, and schedule trucking operations to optimize efficiency and meet service standards.
Track job progress, provide reporting, and resolve disputes between transporter and clients.
Receiving of incoming inbound shipment
Generate delivery order for next day delivery
Perform monthly/semester and annual stock check
Review completed jobs for accurate billing, providing finance with all necessary charge details.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Superiors
Job Requirement:
GCE ‘O’ Level/Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in MS office applications
1 year of working experience or more in the related field or similar position
Positive and patient
