Job Description

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of daily warehouse and order operations. You’ll handle stock management, order packing, and product organisation to support our e-commerce fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack daily online orders (Shopee, Lazada, and website)
• Check and receive incoming stock deliveries
• Label, sort, and organise warehouse inventory
• Conduct regular stock-taking and update inventory records
• Ensure outgoing parcels are accurately packed and labelled
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
• Assist with product preparation for promotions and restocking

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Physically fit for light to moderate lifting
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Organised with good time management
• Prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus (training provided)

Working Hours

🕘 Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

🕚 Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Half-day)

Employment Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary Range: SGD 1,900 – 2,200 per month
• Work Location: In-person (Singapore)
