Hakko Products is looking for a reliable, driven and organised individual to maintain operational readiness of store and inventory. You will also be making sure of timely delivery of goods. This position requires initiative, independence, ability to learn quickly, and good communication skills. This is an ideal position for an individual who has inventory management skills.

In this position, you will need to:

  • Maintain and ensure smooth and effective operations of the warehouse.
  • Upkeep and ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of the warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels, and proper inventory movement records are maintained
  • Receive incoming shipments from both local and overseas suppliers and ensure correct quantity and received in good condition.
  • Manage and arrange goods in their proper locations.
  • Accurately pick and count items according to delivery note, invoices and proforma invoices generated; ensure serial numbers are recorded where applicable
  • Pack goods for local or export delivery.
  • Plan and arrange delivery to customers on time.
  • Ensure delivery documents are officially acknowledged by receiver.
  • Liaise with coordinator to account for complete acknowledged delivery notes daily.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
