Role Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Warehouse and Operation Manager. As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. You will lead a team, manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and continuously improve systems and processes. Your role is critical in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination: Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality deliveries.
  • Warehouse Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch - while ensuring all import/export documentation meets Singapore’s regulatory and customs requirements.
  • Inventory & Logistics Management: Maintain accurate inventory through audits and reconciliations, and plan inbound/outbound shipments to meet delivery schedules and service standards.
  • Process & Performance Improvement: Identify and resolve operational issues, monitor KPIs, and implement efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Assistant Management: Supervise and train warehouse assistants, ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety practices, and optimal workforce allocation.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with proven leadership in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory control, and transportation coordination and assistant management.
  • Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Singaporeans/PRs are preferred.
