Monday to Saturday; 4am to 12.30pm

Basic + Location & Transport Allowances + Monthly Performance Incentive (MPI)

1. Data entry and compilation of monthly statistics
2. Basic report writing
3. Collection and collation of information related to poultry imports (e.g., updating of iFAST inspection records and import statistics)
4. Responding to customer feedback
5. Checking of import documents to ensure accuracy
6. Monitor home quarantined animals virtually and contact their owners via phone and video calls to update on the status
7. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

1. Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and N95 masks when needed as will be inspecting live stocks such as chickens, dogs, cats, etc.
2. PPE, N95 masks will be provided
3. Comfortable to be around animals such as dogs, cats, and chickens
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
