Marketing and Communications Executive/Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

• Perform the role as team designer and brand custodian of the Firm
• Write and develop impactful content in multiple formats to include editorial articles, videos/webinars, marketing brochures, infographics, event collateral, website copy, social media posts, amongst others
• Manage the Firm’s social media platform to include content coordination, development and execution
• Develop creative concepts and translate them into well-executed marketing collateral
• Ensure that all content output is aligned with the Firm’s brand guidelines
• Perform any duties related to the production of content
• Support the team in organising the Firm’s internal and external events
• Build and maintain relationships with the media and coordinate all media requests and activities
• Maintain working relations with all internal and external stakeholders
• Support the team in ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives
• Manage external communications for the Firm

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communications or a related discipline
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience as a writer, content strategist or a relevant content/communications role
• Possesses strong design capabilities, versatility, conceptual and visual skills, and a high level of originality, coupled with excellent attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of online platforms, video, social media and SEO concepts
• A creative, solutions-driven thinker who thrives both independently and as part of a team
• Strong ability to communicate and present ideas
• Meticulous, excellent time management and organisational skills
• Proficiency in English, with strong writing and copy-editing skills
• Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Canva, Adobe Suite, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, DaVinci Resolve would be advantageous
