A leading retail consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Director / Director for their Retail team. You will be responsible for leading and managing the team, achieving key performance targets, and developing client relationships. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in Real Estate, possess at least 12 years of experience, and have strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Deputy Director / Director, Retail
- Assist Department Head in leading, managing and developing the Retail team
- Assist Department Head in planning and executing workplan strategies to meet department goals
- Achieve key performance targets in revenue, profit and pipeline metrics
- Develop and strengthen long‑term relationships with key clients and partners
- Undertake business development activities to secure new project appointments
- Design, plan and execute retail marketing campaigns and leasing activities for appointed projects
- Prepare leasing reports and updates for clients
- Carry out marketing and leasing activities for appointed projects and other open listings
- Provide guidance and direction to junior colleagues to achieve performance targets
- Degree in Real Estate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with demonstrated capabilities or potential in leadership and managerial roles
- Passionate about retail industry
- Qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
- Good interpersonal, problem‑solving and entrepreneurial skills
- Good communicator and motivator
- Good command of written and oral English
- A team player who is also able to work independently
- Innovative and resourceful
- Technology savvy and competent in MS office
