The role will focus on building new business relationships, expanding market presence, and supporting the firm’s continued development in Singapore and the wider region.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong track record in B2B business development, particularly within financial or professional services, and capable of building long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured business development strategy to drive new client acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with professional intermediaries, potential clients, and key referral sources.
• Identify new business opportunities across trust, funds, and corporate services sectors.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients in line with internal compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to support business growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and activities within the firm’s CRM system.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and client due diligence procedures.
• Represent the firm professionally at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.

Key Requirements
