Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MedTech/life sciences commercialisation, incubators/accelerators, or investment roles.
• Strong understanding of medical device development cycles and regulatory pathways.
• Familiarity with venture financing models and experience in licensing/equity negotiations or tech transfer preferred.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property (IP) and contract law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence for pipeline projects/companies.
• Engage early-stage pipeline and stakeholders for spinoff creation.
• Drive implementation and advancement of projects towards market readiness.
• Support venture acceleration programme including investor engagement.
• Develop a talent network to identify suitable founders for new ventures.
