Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers; monitor performance and delivery reliability.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate shipment and delivery schedules in line with vessel requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist technical teams with urgent requirements and maintenance preparations.
