Job description

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, coordination, and delivery
• Leading multi-disciplinary project teams and collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and resolving any technical issues that arise
• Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, such as reports, specifications, and drawings
• Providing engineering expertise and problem-solving to optimise project outcomes
• Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing appropriate control measures
• Mentoring and developing junior team members

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Min 2 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, preferably in a project management role
• Extensive experience in project management, in A&A or building projects, is an advantage
• Senior candidates with experience managing a team is an added advantage & maybe considered for Senior role.
• Strong technical expertise in civil and structural design, construction methodology, and project delivery
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
