Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of inspectors and technicians in Line Assembly and Out-Going Inspections to ensure smooth and timely product delivery to customers.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives by collaborating with production teams and key stakeholders, driving Kaizen activities, and conducting line audits.
• Understand customer manufacturing quality requirements and align them with internal business strategies to meet Quality Objectives and KPIs.
• Analyse quality issues and defects, driving improvement actions with cross-functional teams to achieve quality targets.
• Track, monitor, and manage production issues and customer complaints; lead internal 8D cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
• Prepare and present reports to management and customers on Quality Performance Metrics.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role
• Excellent understanding of quality control principles, techniques, and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Familiarity with quality management systems and related industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
