Job summary

A healthcare recruitment agency based in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant. The role involves registering patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medication under supervision, and managing administrative duties. Ideal candidates should have a Professional Certificate or equivalent, relevant customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This position offers a salary ranging from $1,800 to $2,800, with a working schedule of Monday to Friday and half day on Saturday.

Qualifications

  • Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level.
  • Experience in clinic & customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Register patients using clinic computer software.
  • Schedule appointments and update the system.
  • Handle calls and attend to inquiries.
  • Dispense medication under doctor's supervision.
  • Check and replenish stock when needed.
  • Handle payments via cash, credit card or NETS.
  • Assist doctor during consultation and procedures.
  • Maintain filing system and coordinate appointments.
  • Liaise with insurance companies.
  • Any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Provide good customer service to patients.

Clinic Assistant
  • Location: Mount Elizabeth
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, half day on Sat (5.5 days), Sunday and public holiday closed
  • Working hours: 9am - 6pm, 9am to 1pm
  • Salary: $1,800 - $2,800
