Job Description
  • Develop and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and manage manpower levels for delivery operations based on driver’s skillsets and familiarity with routes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities to ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints related to deliveries to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse operational issues regularly to identify areas and develop response plans for improvement.
  • Handle any urgent situations or disruptions in the delivery process, including coordinating alternative solutions and shortage of manpower.
  • Analyse traffic patterns, delivery schedules, and customer locations to plan efficient routes to reach
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
  • Serve as a backup driver to perform duties during driver shortages
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
