Job description

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects and sub-projects in line with the Project Development Process (FLEX), applying proven methodologies, risk management practices, and industry standards (Semi S2, Semi S8, CE).
• Leading project planning and monitoring targets, risks, milestones, costs, and resources.
• Conducting project and review meetings, and preparing regular reports for the steering committee and other stakeholders.
• Facilitating effective communication within the project team, with project owners, external participants, and production sites in Asia.
• Acting as sub-project manager to coordinate between different R&D sites and overseeing series introduction of projects initiated from other R&D locations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in semiconductor back-end operations with exposure to project management.
• Innovative, self-driven, and assertive.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and work effectively in teams.
• Familiarity with ESG initiatives will be an added advantage.
