Job description
What You'll Do:
  • Oversee end-to-end daily store operations to ensure consistent efficiency and a smooth customer experience.
  • Uphold service quality, product standards, and SOP compliance across all outlets, while updating and improving operational guidelines.
  • Drive operational strategies that enhance efficiency, boost productivity, and control costs.
  • Lead workforce planning, including scheduling, recruitment decisions, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and inspections to ensure consistency, safety, and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to roll out promotions, initiatives, and operational programs.
  • Manage logistics, inventory control, stock ordering, and overseas procurement to support daily operations.
  • Oversee store setups, renovations, reinstatements, and maintenance, working with landlords, contractors, and internal project teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication with outlet teams through meetings, updates, and feedback channels to maintain alignment.
  • Prepare operational reports, review outlet performance, and present insights and improvement plans to senior management.
What You Bring:
  • 3 years of multi-store management experience in the F&B industry
  • Diploma/Degree in a relevant field
  • Solid understanding of F&B operational workflows, standards, and industry best practices
  • Proactive, dependable, and solution-driven, with strong critical-thinking abilities
  • Capable decision-maker and effective leader who can guide, support, and motivate teams
