Job summary
A dynamic healthcare recruiting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to drive sales of respiratory care products and services. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of respiratory care treatments. Qualifications
- Min 2 years of proven sales experience in healthcare or medical equipment/device industry.
- Strong understanding of respiratory care treatments and industry regulations.
- Experience as a Respiratory Therapist is a plus.

Education
We are looking for an experienced Senior/Sales Specialist or Respiratory Therapist (keen to switch to sales) to join our client's dynamic and growing team. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our respiratory care products/medical devices and services to healthcare providers in the region. This is a full‑time position with excellent career development opportunities.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts
- Conduct needs assessments with healthcare providers to understand their respiratory care requirements
- Present our product and service offerings to decision‑makers in a compelling and consultative manner
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long‑term relationships with clients
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor activities and new product developments
- Contribute to the development of sales processes and tools to drive continuous improvement
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a healthcare or sales‑related field
- Min 2 years of proven sales experience in the healthcare or medical equipment/device industry, preferably in respiratory care products
- Experience as Respiratory Therapist willing to switch to sales is welcomed
- Strong understanding of respiratory care treatments, equipment/devices and industry regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to engage with healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory and achieve sales targets
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating long‑term relationships
