Our goal is to help our clients transform their event ideas into captivating and memorable event reality. We achieve this by working closely with them to develop high-quality content and advising them on the most effective method of delivery. This is achieved through delivering our events with punctuality, within budget, and on target to create captivating, memorable events for our clients.

The Event Executive will be required to work alongside with the Project Manager and assist on project leads, liaising with designers and web developers for respective deliverables as well as providing on-site even support during events. The Event Executive will also have to follow up on various aspects post-event and be responsible for producing post-event reports to clients.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of deliverables expected from the candidate. However, it covers the foundational roles that are required for the candidate to be successful in the role.

• Liaising with clients
• Plotting Gantt charts, scheduling meetings, writing of minutes
• Design liaison with the design team on event materials and any other collaterals
• Scheduling and conducting physical and virtual briefs
• Consolidation of programme line-up
• Working with vendors to arrange set up and dismantling of onsite logistics
• Submitting and following up on event-related documentation (application of permits, licenses, and related paperwork)
• On-site execution on event day

• At least 2 years of events-related work experience
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• To provide 2 references with name and contact number
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills between internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and autonomously
