Backed by leading investors in crypto and fintech, the company operates globally with a mission to make high-quality market data and trading tools available to all blockchain participants.

About the Role

Were seeking an Affiliate Growth Manager to lead and expand global affiliate programs, focusing on strategic partnerships that drive user acquisition and trading activity across new DeFi and Web3 platforms. The ideal candidate is well-connected in crypto and trading communities, especially in Asia, and has a proven record of building and managing high-performing affiliate and KOL networks.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments and can blend strategic business development with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Build, onboard, and manage a high-value network of affiliates and KOLs, focusing on active trading communities in Asia.

Drive user acquisition and trading volume through affiliate and partnership programs, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.

Manage the full affiliate lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking.

Collaborate closely with regional teams and affiliate leads to expand partnerships with exchanges, influencers, and community leaders.

Track and report key KPIs (user growth, activity, volume, profitability) to optimize program performance.

Maintain strong partner relationships and provide ongoing support, incentives, and communication through digital channels.

Represent the company at industry events and within online communities to expand brand reach and network strength.

Ideal Background

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management within crypto, fintech, or financial services.

Proven success in building, scaling, and managing affiliate or referral programs that delivered measurable growth.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with partners, exchanges, and influencers.

Familiarity with CRM and communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Telegram, X/Twitter, YouTube).

Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset able to operate autonomously in a fast-changing environment.

Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc.) is a strong plus.

Compensation & Logistics

Base Salary: up to $250k (flexible for exceptional candidates; typical range under $200k).

Incentives: Token and/or equity participation for top performers.

Location: Remote (Asia preferred especially Singapore or South Korea).

Work Model: Full-time, with the option to collaborate in-person with the regional affiliate lead in Singapore.
