Chess at Three is New York City’s premier chess club for kids, and we proudly launched in Singapore in August 2023.

Our mission is simple yet powerful — to teach children aged 3 to 12 the timeless game of chess through fun stories, interactive games, and imaginative play. By turning complex chess concepts into engaging adventures, we help children learn, grow, and fall in love with chess in no time!

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and organized individual to join our growing team at Chess at Three Singapore.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with families and children, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in creating seamless experiences for customers and tutors alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins
  • Support parents with class sign-ups, onboarding, billing, rescheduling, and other administrative needs
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Oversee the daily operations of our Katong V centre — ensuring a welcoming, organized, and tidy environment
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and logistics to keep the centre running smoothly
  • Provide support for holiday camps, workshops, and special events
Tutor Operations
  • Coordinate with our team of tutors on scheduling, staffing, and training sessions
  • Track and confirm hours worked for payroll
  • Ensure all tutor-related administrative processes run efficiently
Who You Are
  • Friendly, proactive, and enjoys working with children and families
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in education, customer service, or operations is a plus

Working Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday — 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Monthly Pay Range: SGD 2,800 - 3,500
