Job description

Responsibilities

• Understand operational workflows in Sales activities and design process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and eliminate non-value-added tasks
• Lead and conduct in-depth analyses using advanced continuous improvement methodologies to identify gaps or issues
• Review KPIs related to logistics processes, focusing on both execution and outcomes
• Collaborate with regional office on business processes, performance monitoring, reporting, and improvement analysis
• Evaluate risks associated with various process change approaches, and assess the cost-benefit of current operational workflows
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management
