About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and hands‑on Event / Logistics Assistant to support our Events Team in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of various events. This role involves daily logistical duties, including event setup, transportation, and general operational support. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

There will be occasions where support is required outside of regular office hours during peak event periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily logistics and operational support to the Events Team.
  • Assist with event setup, dismantling, and transportation of materials and equipment.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of event materials, tools, and supplies.
  • Coordinate delivery and collection of logistics items as needed.
  • Perform basic handyman or maintenance tasks when required.
  • Support ad‑hoc operational duties assigned by the Events Team or Management.
  • Ensure all logistics activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Commit to working overtime or after‑office hours during busy event periods.
Requirements
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on, manual tasks.
  • Basic handyman or technical maintenance experience will be an advantage.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Responsible, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Positive attitude with good work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in event logistics or operations support is preferred but not essential.
