Job description
Job Scope
  • Responsible for supporting, coordinating, and executing sales programs to drive business growth
  • Provide project managament support to both local and overseas Customers
  • Plan, implement, and monitor sales programs
  • Provide operational and administrative support to Customers (e.g. pass on technical information, requests for price quotes, delivery dates, open order report, respond to calls and/or emails and etc.)
  • Coordinate with all relevant personnel to ensure alignment with program objectives for project related matters
  • Ensure projects are managed effectively and efficiently
  • Process Customers’ Purchase Orders
  • Coordinate with the various Departments on delivery schedules
  • Prepare Quotation Forms, Proforma Invoices, Delivery Orders, Tax Invoices, etc in an efficient manner
  • Chair New Product Release/RFQ Meetings
  • Ensure all relevant personnel understand customer requirements
  • Follow up with the various Department intermittently to ensure that there are no delays and that the goods will be delivered to the Customer’s premise within the committed timeline
  • Arrange for delivery of goods with freight forwarders whenever necessary
  • Prepare marketing materials whenever necessary (e.g. short write-up, presentation slides and etc.)
  • Prepare Monthly and Annual Program and Sales Reports
  • Analyse Monthly and Annual Program and Sales Reports
  • Coordinate the promotion and sale of products to potential Customers
  • Maintain Customer sales records
  • Creates records for new Customers, including contact details and the name of the representative from Customer
  • Updates the records whenever necessary
Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree holder with at least 3 year of working experience in similar program management environment would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of QAD software would be an added advantage
  • Well verse in written English
  • A highly self-motivated and strategic individual who is able to commit
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Excellent in multi-tasking and time management skills in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Able to analyse charts and data
  • Detail-oriented
