We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director — handling both business and personal matters with professionalism, efficiency, and cultural awareness.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values trust, and wants to play a key role in a growing, close-knit team.
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Translate, draft, and proofread documents, emails, and presentations in both English and Mandarin.
Act as a point of contact and communication link between the Director and internal staff.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Operations & Coordination
Support day-to-day business operations, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist in coordinating projects, preparing reports, and tracking deliverables.
Manage basic administrative duties, email correspondence, and documentation.
Personal & Lifestyle Support
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business and personal trips (both local and international).
Support with personal appointments, errands, and ad hoc requests.
2–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) — strong translation and communication skills required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Tech-savvy, with good working knowledge of MS Office and mobile productivity tools.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work directly with a hands-on Director in a growing and dynamic enterprise.
Use your bilingual skills in a role that bridges people, operations, and strategy.
Friendly, collaborative work environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
If you’re an organized, bilingual professional who enjoys supporting leadership and getting things done, we’d love to meet you.
