We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a team of funeral professionals, and ensure that every service is conducted with the utmost respect and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor funeral staff, ensuring professional conduct and compassionate service delivery.
• Plan and schedule manpower for funeral operations and logistics.
• Conduct training and development programs to improve service standards.
• Manage end-to-end funeral operations, from logistics to ceremonial arrangements.
• Ensure timely and smooth coordination of transportation, venue setups, and equipment handling.
• Maintain inventory of funeral supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all services adhere to regulatory, religious, and cultural requirements.
• Implement and enforce SOPs for quality, safety, and hygiene
• Prepare operation reports and maintain accurate records.
• Work with the management team on budgeting, costing, and procurement activities.

Requirements
