Qualifications

• Business level of English/Chinese language essential.
• High level of computer literacy including proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Able to negotiate effectively and think on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with shipping agents, suppliers, and customers for all operational aspects.
• Check all post-trade deals/confirmations ensure accuracy.
• Proactively chase for vessel ETA and cargo documentation.
