Job description

Service Technician

Working hours : Monday – Friday 8am – 5:30pm

Location: Islandwide (Travel to Site) | Office Tuas

Salary range : $2000 - $2500 + standby allowance $100 per week + AWS (subject to working experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance procedures, inspecting Hanel storage system for problems, and ensuring Hanel storage systems are in good working order.
• Repair: Diagnosing and fixing malfunctions, replacing faulty components, and repairing damaged Hanel storage system.
• Installation: Setting up and configuring new equipment or systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, safely and accordingly.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying the root cause of technical problems, resolving issues, and preventing future incidents.
• Technical Support: Providing guidance to users on how to operate Hanel storage system, answering technical questions, and assisting with software or hardware issues.
• Documentation: Maintaining records of maintenance and repair work, updating documentation for Hanel storage system.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
• Must Possess Class 3 Driving License.
