Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality
• Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-site
• Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients specifications
• Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD / SEM drawings for submission
• Coordinate the integration of Civil, Architectural and M&E works on site with clients, consultations and subcontractors
• Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules
• Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works
• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues
• Reporting the progress of M&E works and arranging site inspections with system-wide contractors, sub-contractors and clerk-of-works
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
• Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard

Requirements

• Min. 5 yrs of utilities coordination and management in Singapore Building projects
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Must have experience in construction industry
