A leading retail company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to enhance customer satisfaction and support operations. - Maintain customer service standards and procedures.
- Provide support for services like GST refunds and smart-card applications.
- Attend to customer inquiries and follow up on actions.
Skills
Basically, your duties as Customer Service Executive are as follows:
- Organize the customer service operation with customers’ satisfaction being priority; to maintain satisfactory relationship with customers and staff
- Maintain Customer Service standards and procedures.
- Provide customer services’ support to the department store, such as Goods and Service Tax Refund, Smart-Card applications, Public Announcement, Lost and Found cases/ reports, etc.
- Ensure that the customers’ problems are attended to promptly and efficiently.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and follow-through with the necessary actions; handle customers’ feedback/ complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Compile customer feedback and suggestions so as to improve and develop Service Standards.
- Any other job-related duties assigned by the Company or your superior.
