1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract talent, including job fairs and collaborations with institutions.
- Identify manpower needs and ensure timely recruitment.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Handle orientation and onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters of offer.
- Manage exit interviews, clearances, and offboarding procedures.
3. Compensation & Benefits Management
- Payroll processing and attendance management.
- Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, bonuses, and incentive programs.
- Monitor compliance with local labor laws (CPF contributions, tax submissions, etc.).
4. Performance Management & Employee Development
- Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
5. Employee Relations & Labor Law Compliance
- Provide advisory support on employee issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
7. HR Systems & Data Management (JUSTLOGIN)
- Set up attendance, payroll, and employee management SOP.
8. Hands-on HR Operations
- Personally handle sensitive HR matters, such as disputes, investigations, and legal cases.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, such as timekeeping, overtime, and staff scheduling.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and the Employment Act.
- Maturity and ability to navigate through varied employment regulations and challenges.
- Flexibility and willingness to be very hands‑on in all aspects of the role.
- Ability to deal appropriately with highly confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
- Prior experience in F&B industry is a must.
- Speak, write, and fully understand both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with directors.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully.
