Job description
1. Human Resource Management
  • Work Pass Administration: Full cycle of application, renewal, and cancellation for Work Permits, S Pass, and Employment Pass. This includes maintaining the quota and managing dormitory/housing for foreign staff.
  • Recruitment: Drafting job descriptions, posting ads on portals (JobStreet/MyCareersFuture), screening CVs, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Handling onboarding (contracts, orientation) and offboarding (exit interviews, tax clearance for foreign workers).
  • Payroll & Leave: Processing monthly payroll (Infotech) and managing leave/medical records.
  • Training & Development: Administering government-funded training programs (e.g., WSQ, SkillsFuture) and maintaining the company’s training budget.
2. Office Administration
  • Personal Assistant to the management.
  • Insurance: Coordinating annual staff insurance renewals (WICA, medical/hospitalization).
  • Facility Support: Managing office supplies, vendor contracts (cleaning, security), and maintaining fixed asset registers.
  • Communication: Acting as the bridge between management and factory workers for policy updates or internal announcements.
Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations.
