Project Executive
1. Responsible for execution of renovation works from starting till handover, and to ensure project completion within time line given.
2. Preparation of all documents and information to be submitted to authorities for Permit to Work Application
3. Ensure the admjn team, sub-contractors and suppliers completely understand the project needs, requirements and schedule
4. Manage and organize sub-contractors to do site survey and carry out all stages of work
5. Attend project meetings with clients, sub-contractors & consultants to carry out site inspections to ensure that the works is carried out as per desired quality workmanship and will be completed on time and within budget
6. Prepare project schedule for all renovation projects
7. Gather of necessary documents, drawings and co-ordinate with consultants and Professional Engineer for FSSD submission.
8. Attend site meeting and overseeing renovation work on site
9. Conduct site supervision and inspection on regular basis, in order to prepare progress work reports
10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
