Job summary

A leading offshore engineering firm in Singapore seeks a Dimensional Controller to perform surveys and coordinate project operations. Candidates should have a Diploma/ITE and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Marine and Offshore industry. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred. This role demands independence and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dimensional Controller in Marine and Offshore industry.
• Experience in handling total station and structural/piping dimensional control activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform Dimensional Survey on structures as per ITP and Equipment Installation.
• Generate and obtain approval for Dimensional Reports.
• Coordinate project operations and duties of project teams.
• Maintain records of project work requests from all stakeholders.
• Perform Production internal auditing work.

• Perform Dimensional Survey on the structure in stages as identified in the ITP and Equipment Installation.
• Generate the Dimensional Reports, to be witnessed by client and 3rd party and obtained approval on the report.
• Receive and transmit of drawings and documents, filings, DCC matters and etc, as and when required.
• Coordinate project operations and duties of project teams.
• Coordinate, update and maintain proper records of all requests for project work from all Yards, Offices, clients & contractors.
• General correspondences and filings of all project and / or different disciplines related matters.
• Perform Production internal auditing work.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ITE certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences as a Dimensional Controller in Marine and Offshore industry.
• Able to handle the job independently & should have experience in handling total station and structural / piping dimensional control activities.
• Those with Auto CAD knowledge are preferred.
