Candidates should have a diploma in Business or Finance and skills in Microsoft Excel. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage daily budget operations and budget audit matters.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, providing valuable insights.
  • Procurement of goods and services, including liaising with contractors.
  • Process improvement initiatives (system-related and budget evaluation).

Working Hours: 8.30AM to 6.00PM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions and payments with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage daily budget operations and budget audit matters
  • Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions
  • Procurement of goods and services, which involves sourcing suppliers on the government procurement portal (i.e. GeBIZ), preparing quotations, invitations to quote or purchase orders, liaising with contractors and vendors, and managing contracts
  • Process improvement initiatives (system-related and budget evaluation)
