Job summary
A leading HR services firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience to develop new application software and enhance existing applications. Responsibilities include managing application issues, providing technical support, and participating in after-hours support on a rotational basis. The ideal candidate should have technical skills in WCF / Web API, React JS, Angular, and MS SQL Server 2016 or higher. Agile methodology experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop new application software.
- Implement fixes and enhancements for existing applications.
- Manage and resolve application issues and provide updates.
- Monitor and respond to alerts related to application and system services.
- Provide 2nd/3rd level technical support.
- Participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis.
