Job summary
A community health organization in Singapore is seeking a lead for community mental health programmes. You will oversee the implementation of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with health outcomes. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in managing healthcare or social services programs, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for improving mental health services. This role offers opportunities for impactful community engagement and program development.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or social services.
- 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience with community mental health and cross-sector collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee implementation of community mental health programmes.
- Identify and address gaps in mental health service coordination.
- Build partnerships with hospitals and community stakeholders.
- Track and report on programme KPIs and outcomes.
