Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Community Engagement Associate to oversee volunteer management and community engagement projects. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and preferably a certificate in Community & Social Services. Responsibilities include recruiting and coordinating volunteers, planning engagement activities, and liaising with stakeholders. This full-time role offers a salary between SGD 2,300 to SGD 3,000, with a working schedule from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday hours.

Qualifications

  • Relevant working experience required.
  • Experience in eldercare preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coordinate, train, and retain volunteers.
  • Implement and monitor compliance to volunteer policies.
  • Plan and develop Senior Volunteerism programme.
  • Engage stakeholders to co-coordinate volunteer initiatives.

Community Engagement Associate

  • Monday - Friday (9am-6pm /8am-5pm) Saturday (9am -1pm)
  • Working location: Eunos
  • Salary: SGD 2,300‑SGD 3,000
Job Responsibilities
  • Assess and meet volunteer needs through the recruitment, coordination, training and retention of volunteers
  • Implement and monitor compliance to volunteer policies and processes
  • Plan, develop and implement Senior Volunteerism programme
  • Support Volunteer Leadership Programme
  • Plan and organise volunteer recognition and engagement activities
  • Assist in volunteer recruitment and engagement efforts, including developing and organising outreach events and initiatives to promote volunteerism
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to co‑coordinate volunteer initiatives and efforts
  • Review and evaluate volunteer management policies and initiatives to gather feedback for improvement
  • Source, engage and build partnerships with relevant stakeholders such as grassroots organisations, corporates, and schools
  • Communicate with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners in fulfilling community engagement projects
  • Develop and manage delivery of internal and external communication plans and strategies to support the community engagement projects
  • Provide support in fundraising and donor engagement initiatives for the organisation
  • Update and maintain stakeholder and volunteer database
  • Monitor budgets, expenses and fundings for volunteer and community engagement projects
  • Provide secretariat support to staff meetings and update reports
Job Requirements
  • With relevant working experience
  • Preferably Advanced / Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Services
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or relevant certificate
  • Experience in eldercare preferred
